He is survived by: his mother Carole Collingbourne Moore of Elgin; his daughter Marissa LeMaster; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ashton and Siena; his brother A. J. Moore (Caroline Alvini); and his nieces, Isabella, Sophia and Natalia.
