He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Maguire and Thursa Hughes Maguire; and his daughter Thursa Maguire. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Terry Fitzgerrel of Jerseyville and Lisa Foreman of Alton; his granddaughters, Ashley Santoni and Jennifer Cox; and his great grandchildren, James Toombs, Kosten Geer, Brittany Highley and Kaylee Santoni.
