Merriman of Eldred, Illinois, born in Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Merriman and Mildred Cook Merriman; and his siblings, Retha Johnson, Elizabeth Curtis, Harvey, Charles, Troy and Larkin Merriman.
He is survived by: his friend Fannie Stewart of Eldred; his stepson Jason Wallis of Eldred; his siblings, Brenda Clendenen (Roger) of Jacksonville and Gordon Merriman of Jacksonville; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
