He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Jilg and Dorothy Jilg (Schollmeier); and his brothers, David Henry Edward Jilg and Gary Francis Jilg. He is survived by: his son Ryan Turner; his sister Judy Jane Miller; and his nephews, Daniel Miller, Jason Jilg and Justin "Boogie" Jilg.
