She was predeceased by: her father Harmon Acord; her husband James O.; her pet Poshard; her daughter Tonya Maloney; her son-in-law Frank Johnson; and her grandson-in-law Tim Primo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Johnson of Equality, Tami Poshard of Kansas and Kim Godfrey of Equality; her son-in-law Mitch Maloney of Ridgway; and her sister Ruth Johnson of Norris City. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, 55 Great Grandchildren, 13 Great great Grandchildren.
