She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Scarlett and Maude Scarlett (Homes); her husband Rev. S. Frank "Bud" Rowlen; her daughter Pam Parr; her grandson Joey Parr; her great grandchildren, Nathan Parr, Jr., Micaela Moss and Collins Moss; and her sisters, Lou Melville, Martha West, Ann Baker and June Nozykowski.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Rowlen (Linda) of Houston, Texas, Stanley Francis Rowlen (Regina) of Harrisburg, Curtis Rowlen (Kathy) of Harrisburg, Linda Gordon of Rock Hill and Julie Sturgill (Mike) of Carterville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Eric, Elizabeth, Jason, Nancy, Aimee, Nathan, Mandy, Beverly, Shauna, Amanda, Ryan, Rachel, Jessica, Cody, Maddie, Kyle, Seth and Justina; her great grandchildren, Anastasia, Joshua, Christopher, Cassandra, Riley, Aubrey, Adalai, Emberlie, Isaac, Kenley, Maylee and Maddie; her great great grandchildren, Brayden, Preston, Michael, Katie, Olivia, Emily, Tray and Zay; and her brothers, Floyd Scarlett of Michigan and Johnny Scarlett of Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
