He is survived by: his children, Jerry, Lindsay and Alexis; his siblings, Thomas "Thom" Cody and Deborah Cody-Moats; his grandchildren, MaKayla, Gabe, Skyeler, Easton, Landon, Jax, Brazen and Colton; and his former wife Karin.
