It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyle McGhee (Eldorado, Illinois), born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara McGhee; his grandmother Dollie Mae Baer; his siblings, Kim Grounds and Kevin Smothers; and his niece Michaella Grounds.
He is survived by: his former wife Billie Howard of Harrisburg, IL.; his sons, Kyle McGhee Jr. of Harrisburg and Elijah McGhee of Harrisburg; his granddaughter Cali; his sister Kris McGhee Garrison; his aunt Shelby Hooten of Harrisburg; his uncle J. D. Baer Sr. (Donna); his nieces, Tristyn Grounds (Brock Bertling) of Carbondale and Kaitlyn Brown (Tim) of Carmi; his nephew Jacob Garrison of Harrisburg; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addyson Cockrum, Ella Fowler, Scout Brown, Cooper Givens and Cameron Castros.
