He was predeceased by: his father Charles Baugher Sr.; and his wife Penny Graham. He is survived by: his son Josh Baugher of Eldorado; his granddaughter Riley Baugher of Eldorado; and his siblings, Charles William "Chuck" Baugher (Debbie) of Seymour, TN, Jamie Baugher of Eldorado, Joanna Davidson (Jim) of Harrisburg, Janeen Lasswell (Jim) of Rockport, TX and Robin Lazaro of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Riley Baugher Scholarship fund and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
