He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis H. Belford and Joanne Belford (Fisher); his wife Betty Lou Belford (McGill); and his brother Dennis Belford. He is survived by: his siblings, Bishop Belford of New Haven, Wayne Belford (Karen) of Elizabethtown, Paul Belford (Patti), Virginia Sinclair (Jim), Carmen Lampert (Dennis) of Eldorado, Wanda Ashby and Terry Blavis Blavesciuns (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Orville McGill of Harrisburg, Bud McGill of Eldorado and Lorene Robinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
