He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Pennell and Mary Pennell (Holbrook); and his brother Mose Pennell. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Ozee; his sons, Jared (Jennifer) and Matt (Melissa); his grandchildren, Ava and Max of Eldorado, IL; his great grandchild Maverick of Eldorado, IL; and his siblings, Tina Orman (David), Dan Pennell, David (Linda) of Pennell and Daryl (Gretchen) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
