He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Noelle and Ruth Noelle (Elmendorf); and his sister Gloria Keene. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Noelle (Kendra) of Marion, IL and Gretchen Clark (Joe) of Eldorado, IL.; his grandchildren, Alex Molinarolo, Aiden Whitlock, Owen Clark, Grant Noelle, Evan Noelle and Parker Williams; and his sister Judy Mitchell (Jim) of Charlotte. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Duff-Kingston Memorial Scholarship.
