He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rhine and Amy Rhine (Tison); his grandmother Grisham; his son Clint Rhine; and his siblings, Romayne Barker, Zarada Jones, Eva Simmons, Rodell Rhine, Paul Rhine and R. L. Rhine.
He is survived by: his daughter Gena Genet (Roger) of Waynesville, NC; his grandchildren, Rachel Roby and Seth Vaughn; his great grandchildren, Lelia Roby, River Vaughn, William Roby and Sara Vaughn; and his brother Clark Rhine.
