She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Barton of Eldorado and Paul Coomes Jr. of Eldorado. She is survived by: her husband F. Robert Gans of Eldorado; her sons, Steve and Christopher; her grandchildren, Tyler, Emma, Dakota and Shawnee; and her great-aunt Nell Dolden.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the American Heart Association.
