With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Phillips of Eldorado, Illinois, born in Lexington, Tennessee, who passed away on June 17, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Crowell and Edna M. Crowell (Frazier); her husband David L. Phillips; her brother Billy; and her sister-in-law Betty Jean Crowell.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Jolly (Dewayne) of Eldorado; her granddaughter Pamela Bard (Richard) of Marion; her nephew Garland Crowell (Dana); her niece Jeannie Haskins (Mike); and her cousin Jim Frazier (Karen).
Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 virus, it is recommended those attending the visitation or service to wear a mask and social distance themselves from others.
