He was predeceased by: his father Richard E.; and his siblings, L. Wanda Markham, Barbara Threet, Jr., Thomas Horn, Don Horn, Vernon Horn, Betty Vaughn, Marjorie Perkins and Verma Russell.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Lewis of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
