Carter (Dana) of McLeansboro and Virginia Amberger (Richard) of Camby, IN; her daughter-in-law Rita Holland; her siblings, Keith Wheeler (Diane) of Harrisburg and Linda Nerht (Rich) of McLeansboro; her grandchildren, RJ Amberger (Jaci), Heather Amberger (Eddie Champion), William Carter, III (Jessica) of Eldorado, Brittney Carter of Eldorado, Colton Carter of McLeansboro and Austin Carter of McLeansboro; her great grandchildren, Remington, Barrett, Cohen, Savannah, Kya, Liam, Brantley, Kamdyn, Bradyn and Carlee; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Carter and Sue DeVoy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
