He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Sr. Sullivan and Sharon Sullivan; and his son Richard T. Sullivan. He is survived by: his spouse Michele E. Sullivan (Lardino); his child Shannon N. Sullivan; his grandchildren, Richard, A. J. and Riley; his siblings, Edward Sullivan (Rikki) and Michelle Bowbin (Eddie); and his great-nephews, Connor Sullivan and Brock Bowbin. He is also survived by his cousins, and many life long friends.
