She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Markus (Rick), Cathy Kozlowski (Rafael Bernadino), Raymond Kozlowski, Roy Kozlowski, Cindy Cyr (Justin), Richard Kozlowski (Deanne) and Christine Bastone (Jamie). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren.
