He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Bishop Sanborn and Esther Sanborn (Nee Holm); and his sisters, Gloria Sanborn and Iola Sheldon. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Walter Sanborn (Arlene), Allen Sanborn (Polly) and Susan Sills (Daniel); his granddaughter Mallory Sills; and his pet Rufus.
