He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Nelson and Josephine Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his stepdaughters, Debra Vanderpool (George) and Nancy Jackson; and his friends, James and Vanessa Kell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
