He was predeceased by: his parents, Darel Sr. Forest and Mella Forest; and his siblings, Geraldine Fanella and William Forest. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Forest; his children, DeAnn Forest, Kurt Forest, Kevin Forest and Todd Forest; his daughters-in-law, Kerri Forest and Bre Forest; his sister Ella Mae Thomas; his sister-in-law Beverly Forest; and his grandchildren, Shannon Ward, Kyle Forest, Kelli Forest and Olivia Forest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
