She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Luehrs and Margaret "Peggy" Luehrs (Flynn); her brother Jeffrey Eugene; and her father-in-law Robert Koos. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Koos; her siblings, Maureen Kenney, Carol Toofan (David), Tom Luehrs (Heather), Joe Luehrs (Nancy), Patricia Luehrs, Lynn Luehrs, Mary Masel, Steve Luehrs (Jeanette), Jyll Boudreau (Michael), Joan Walter (Matt) and Jean Wetsel (Joe); her mother-in-law Anita Koos; and her brothers-in-law, John Koos (Marty), Bill Koos (Jill) and Joe Koos. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Paso.
