He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Garfield and Etta Montgomery McWilliams; his wife K. Joanne Everett; his sons, James McWilliams (Ellen) of El Paso, IL and David McWilliams (Kim) of Fairbury, IL; his brother Gerald McWilliams of Frisco, TX; and his children, Michael and Mary Mackay. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
