She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Guerin, Adam Jurczyk and MaryAnn Sarlas Duda; her grandchildren, Lilly, Jazlyn, Jaden, Landon and Cash; her brother Alex Jacevicius; her nephews, Peter and Daniel Jacevicius; and also Luna Jacevicius.
