He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pinkham and Alta Holt Pinkham; his wife Wilma Smith; his sons, Raymond, Paul and Steven; and his siblings, Lyle Gene Pinkham, Eva Jane Kingdon and Peggy Schneider.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rex Pinkham of El Paso, IL and Janet Armstrong of Minonk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
