She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Chester and Eula Mae Sinnett Bowen; and her sister Linda DeLee. She is survived by: her husband Henry Armstrong; her children, Karl Armstrong (Julie) of Freeburg, IL, Angela Piccolo (John) of Spring Valley, IL and Amanda Hesterberg (Chad) of Gifford, IL; and her sisters, Alice Caudle of Pekin, IL and Ann Gamber of Koshkonong, MO. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
