He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Kemp and Leona Starnes Kemp; his children, Danny Kemp of Kentucky, Dan Jacobs of New Mexico, Randy Kemp of Ft. Meyer's, FL, Tim Jacobs of Bloomington, Joylee Kemp (Jeff Miller) of Carlock, Ryan Kemp (Kristina) of Indianapolis, IN and Cody Kemp of El Paso; and his sister Bonnie Kemp of Arizona. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
