She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ordie and Evelyn May Sutton Talbert; her brother Ronnie Talbert; her son Dale "Opie" Pannier; and her grandparents, Ordie and Marie Talbert.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale Fletcher; her children, Doug Fletcher (Leah) of El Paso, Dan Pannier (Karin) of Benson, Frank Fletcher (Amy) of El Paso and Cindy Fletcher of El Paso; her daughter-in-law Tawnya Mommerency (Jim) of Mackinaw; and her siblings, Jonnie Talbert (Erma) and Bonnie Haas (Frank). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, social distancing practices will be observed and masks will be required at the funeral home.
