He is survived by: his children, Randi Meyer (Steve) of Bloomington, Susan Pennypacker (Curt) of Normal and Charles W. Smalley (Kristy) of Normal; his grandchildren, Angie Swartzendruber (Scott) of Minier, Andy Smalley of Bloomington, Allyson Meyer of Bloomington, Samantha Smalley (Michael Evans) of Bloomington, Bradley Smalley of Normal, Chelsea Bittick (Ryan) of St. Louis and Bailey Peters (Mike) of Champaign; his great grandchildren, Adam and Emma Swartzendruber; and his caregiver Crystal.
