She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harry C. Welp and Alma Welp; and her siblings, Phyllis Russell, Marion Welp, Ruth Rohlfing, Tom and Paul Welp.
She is survived by: her husband Bob of Effingham; her children, Robert, Randy of St. Louis and Cathy Bloemer (Jerry) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Zac Bloemer (Laura), Wade Bloemer (Brittany), Logan Bloemer, Dakota Huey, Dylan Huey (Rachel), Robert Huey and Sydney Kuensting (Joe); and her sister Doris Russell. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
