She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Fulk and Eva M. Fulk (Bricker); her husband Larry Higgs; and her son Kelly Higgs. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Higgs (Anna) of Mattoon, Dale Higgs of Effingham and Larry Lee Higgs, Jr. (Amber) of Effingham, Illinois; and her siblings, Earl Fulk (Renee) of San Clemente, Ralph Fulk (Penny) of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Linda Devore (Art) of Beecher City and Cathy McWhorter (John) of Shumway, Illinois. She is also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
