He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Kelley and Lillian Kelley (Huff); and his siblings, Ralph, William "Bill", Betty L. Jones and Virginia Kiel.
He is survived by: his son John Thomas Kelley (Em Hanna) of Kansas City, MO; and his sisters, Joyce Coleman (Jim) of Crossville, TN, Shirley Davenport (Gene) of Farmington, AR and Bernice Chaney of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
