Thomas A. Stevenson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Stevenson of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Stevenson and Madonna Stevenson (McCallen); his daughter Catherine Foote; his daughter-in-law Susan Stevenson; his grandson Adam Batchelor; his great grandchild Anthony Foote; and his brother Elmer Sparrow.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Stevenson of Effingham; his children, Connie Lecrone of Effingham, Randy Stevenson (Debbie) of St. Petersburg, FL, Danny Stevenson (Karen) of Watson, Lisa Shaw (Tony) of Panama City, FL and Cheri Walls (Greg) of Mason; and his siblings, Jack Stevenson and Joann Bernhard. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to your local veterans' organization or the Effingham County Humane Society because of Tom's fondness for his dog Lacy.
