He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Casper and Leona Casper; and his foster parents, Ferdinand Gall and Angelina Gall. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gall of Effingham; his son Rev. Timothy Gall (Tara) of Pleasant Dale, NE; and his siblings, Ellis "Bud" Casper (Donna) of Bayfield, WI, Wayne Holmquist (Linda) of Racine, WI, Eugene Rich (Star) of Washburn, WI, Dixie Parmley of Delavan, WI, Clara Walter (Peter) of Muskego, WI, Velma Harvey (Gary) and Cynthia Hudson.
