It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan Koester of Effingham, Illinois, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Apgar and Doris Apgar (McCormick). She is survived by: her son Matthew Hall of Altamont; her grandchildren, Gracie, Reece, Riley and Ari; her siblings, Scott Apgar and Maureen Trinkle; and her nieces, Jessi Vancil, Sara Colvin, Heather Vancil and Stacey Jones.
