He was predeceased by: his father Charles Eugene "Gene"; his son Jason R. Mayhood; his grandson Brett Mayhood; and his sister Cathy Swingler. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean "Jeannie" Mayhood (Smith); his wife Nancy Mayhood; his children, Christopher Mayhood, Elizabeth "Beth" Mayhood and Scott Mayhood; his grandchildren, Alyssa Mayhood, Jason Q. Mayhood, Jax Mayhood, Baylee Mayhood and Zac Mayhood; his siblings, Mark Mayhood (Dianne), Jim Mayhood (Cinia Molina) and Lynne Ann Nosbisch (Robert); and his brother-in-law Steve Swingler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
