He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Dasenbrock and Helen A. Dasenbrock (Dust); his siblings, Joyce Dasenbrock and Mark H. Dasenbrock; his sister-in-law Mary Dasenbrock; and his nephew Jacob Heynen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Grunloh of Effingham; his children, Christian (Kalie) of Effingham, Eli of Hendersonville, TN and Allie Wiseman (Dylan) of St. Louis; his siblings, Patrick Dasenbrock of Teutopolis, Janice Heynen of Effingham, Mary Altgilbers (Michael) of Effingham, Marsha McCracken (Gregory) of West Hartford, CT, Thomas Dasenbrock of Effingham, Beth Yerigan (David) of Ankeny, IA and Cheryl Johnson (Darren) of Watson; and his mother-in-law Pauline Zumbahlen of Teutopolis.
