It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stanley F. Brown of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble F. Brown and Idamae G. Brown (Seaberg); and his brother-in-law Robert Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Brown of Effingham; his daughter Myca Brown (Aaron Tieffel) of Shelbyville; his stepsons, Matt of Effingham, Adam of Effingham and Tommy Tieffel of Effingham; his grandchildren, Joshua, Cayden and Henry; and his siblings, Bonita Hoffman of Watson and Jeffrey Brown of Effingham.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Effingham County Sportsman's Club (14295 Sportsman's Dr, Effingham, IL 62401).
Memorials may be made to the Effingham County Sportsman's Club or the Friends of Lake Sara Firework Fund.
