She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jewell and Lora Jewell (Gillespie); her brother Edward Jewell Jr.; and her grandson Devon Loy. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Loy; her children, Michael N. Loy of Effingham, Jackie Gordon (Bill) of Altamont, Lora "SueAnn" O'Dell (Tim) of Shumway and Scott Loy (Jessica) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Ashton Loy, Shannon Loy, Maegon Loy, Corrina Gordon (Zack Teets), Shelby Gordon, Keidrah Wert, Melinda O'Dell (Brock), Dakota O'Dell, Allie Loy, McKenzie Loy, Kavin McWhorter, Starlit Schlanser, Shaelyn Schlanser and Liam O'Dell; her siblings, Emma Van Luven (George), Jim Jewell (Becky) and Bruce Jewell; and her close friend Kenneth Bell. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
