She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Engel and Wilma Hobson Engel; her husband Domenic; and her siblings, Gehrig Engel and Barbara Engel.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Shick (Roger) of Effingham, IL, Becky Brown (Ken) of Effingham, IL and Nick Grieco (Sharon) of Stewardson, IL; and her siblings, Phyllis Rhodes of Winchester, IL, Shirley Lawson of Winchester, IL and Jim "Butch" Engel of Salem, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Grace Lutheran Church in Strasburg, IL.
