It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shane D. Bales of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Bales Jr. of Clanton, AL and Karen Bales (Pruemer) of Effingham; his daughter Josey Bales of Teutopolis; his brother Sam Bales III (Chrissy) of Edinburg; and his fiancée Mandy Beccue of Effingham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to his daughter, Josey.
