With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandy Gravenhorst of Effingham, Illinois, born in Dieterich, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Mascher and Mae Mascher; and her niece Nancy Trett. She is survived by: her children, Ted Gravenhorst (Edna), Barry Gravenhorst (Tajuana) and Lisa Schuette (Todd); her grandchildren, Emily Abendroth (Derek), Natasha Deig (Eric), Molly Vogt (Dustin), Jacob Schuette (Claire), Madison Schuette, Morgan Schuette, James Schuette and Alexander Gravenhorst; her great grandchildren, Wesley Walker, Charlotte Deig, Jacqueline Vogt, Caroline Vogt and Parker Abendroth; and her sister Erna Mae Hall (Leonard). She is also survived by her children and showering her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.
