She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence J. Springer and Clara M. Springer (Buennemeyer); her sisters, Elaine Springer and Carol "Cookie" Wolters (Springer); and her former husband Ted Richards.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Mihlbachler of Effingham; her children, Teri Meyer (Joe) of Naperville, IL and Jeff Richards (Julie) of Effingham; her granddaughters, Molly, Megan, Maddie Meyer, Kate, Emma and Meg Richards; her siblings, Vic Springer (Nancy) of Scottsdale, AZ and Cindy Bass of Robinson, IL; her brother-in-law Jim Wolters of Effingham; her stepchildren, Jeff Mihlbachler (Penny) of Effingham, Angie Lark (Phil) of Effingham and Rob Mihlbachler (Michelle) of Effingham; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryne, Molly, Kate Mihlbachler and Leighton Lark. She is also survived by her eight nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Anthony Educational Trust or Effingham Catholic Charities.
