Sandra C. Hoover Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra C. Hoover of Effingham, Illinois, born in Union, Illinois, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald C. Carter and Marguerite Carter (Woody); her husband John K. Hoover; her brother Michael Carter; and her grandson Andrew Hoover.
She is survived by: her children, Jan K. Hoover and David J. Hoover (Jariya); her granddaughter Sarah Aiona (Kris); her great grandchildren, Layla, Jackson, Camille, Carson, Collette and Camden; her sister Patricia Keel; and her sister-in-law Sandy Carter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Effingham Public Library.
