It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Bollhorst of Effingham, Illinois, born in Vandalia, Illinois, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Thompson and Daisy Thompson (Loncor); her husband Richard Bollhorst; her daughter Connie Lynne Wright; her sister Barbara Jean Thompson; and her grandson Timothy Ray Warner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeannie Calhoun (Steve) of St. Elmo, Stacey Warner (Lee) of St. Elmo and Nikki Bollhorst (Rob Scrimpsher) of Altamont, Illinois; her son-in-law Rusty Wright of Beecher City, Illinois; and her sisters, Donna Cranford (James) of Oklahoma, Mary Lappin (Jerry) of Sesser and Peggy Long (late Jerry) of Xenia, Illinois. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
