Ruth Terhune Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2021, at the age of 100, Ruth Terhune of Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Ruff (Rincker) and Louis F. Ruff; her husband Troy V. Terhune; and her siblings, Celia Buesking (Merle), Sylvia Ulmer (Gaylord), Leona Breitwisch (Gilbert), Grace Kull (Merl), Maurice Ruff (Frieda), Calvin Ruff, Mervin Ruff and Donald Ruff (Melba).
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Shore (Jerry) of Germantown, Tennessee; her grandsons, Brian Shore (Tiffany) of Brentwood and Alan Shore (Ellen) of Collierville Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Brendan Shore, Bailey Shore of Brentwood and Frazier Shore of Collierville, Tennessee; her sister Melba Storm of Strasburg; and her sister-in-law Maxine Ruff of Stewardson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
Masks and social distancing are requested in accordance with COVID guidelines.
Memorial donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, St Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
