He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Guilliams and Pansy P. Guilliams (Bankes); and his siblings, Venetta Taylor and Clarence C. Guilliams. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Yates of Effingham; and his daughter Cristy Irwin (Kenny) of Edmund, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
