With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby R. Roberts (Effingham, Illinois), born in Mode, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Edward and Tenna Anna Syfert (Holmes); her husband Don William Roberts; and her siblings, Elmer, Olin, John Syfert, Edna Prosser, Wanda Jones, Ruth Reed and Virginia Becker.

She is survived by: her close friends, George and Anna Handley.

Memorials may be given to the Mode United Methodist Church.
