She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter A. Hoeffner and Helen H. Hoeffner (Kehm); her former husband Donald Roy Stoecker; her husband Gerald P. "Jerry" Mathy; her daughters-in-law, Jenean Stoecker (Shelley) and Alyce Ward; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Albert, Jerry Rodgers and Marilyn Michaelree.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Stoecker (James Doyle) of Seattle, WA, Jerry Stoecker (late Jenean) of Columbia, IL, Susan Donsbach (Jerry) of Teutopolis, Richard Stoecker (Mary Lou) of Columbia, IL, Martin Stoecker of Wentzville, MO, Nancy White (Hillary) of Mattoon and David Stoecker (late Alyce Ward) of Makanda, IL; her stepson Steve Mathy (Theresa) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Larry Manuel (Jamie), Lindsey Stoecker (Joe Ingoldsby), Sarah Cowger (Todd), Sarah Pike (Adam), Ryne Donsbach (Mindy), Erik Stoecker (Ashley), Ken Stoecker (Erin), Nicole Long (Kris), Phillip Stoecker (Lauren), Jeffrey Stoecker, Nikolas Stoecker, Madalyn Stoecker, Anthony Stoecker and Lillian Stoecker; her sisters, Shirley Albert of Lee Summit, MO and LaVerne Rodgers of St. Louis, MO; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Stoecker of Waterloo, IL and Marcia Dirks of Avon, OH.. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be sent directly to the Alzheimer's Association, Sacred Heart Church in Effingham, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or donor's choice.
